Session Number: 2151
Date: Mon, May 14th, 2018
Time: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Description:

Delivering legal services in an accurate, efficient and consistent way is critical. How can you apply expert reasoning and automation technology to achieve this across the most common law firm tasks?

Join Perkins Coie's Kristina Lambright, Director of Pricing and Legal Project Management, and Neota Logics' Ryan McClead, VP, Strategy and Client Engagement, and Mike Wong, VP Business Development, as they review common use-cases for expert systems in the legal industry. Then, with help from workshop attendees the group will collectively build out three apps in real time. The apps will provide automated advice on:

  • M&A (need to choose most common request – buy/sell side; public vs. private company)
  • IP (IPR)
  • Basic Litigation Budget
