President's Letter

Dear Mid-Atlantic Members,

I’m truly excited about what 2026 has in store for our region! One of the best parts of LMA is the sense of connection, and we’re planning some wonderful opportunities for our Mid-Atlantic members to connect throughout the year. We have begun planning programming at both the regional level and across our three LSCs, with a focus on helping members engage with one another and build meaningful relationships.

We are also developing new ways to get involved in our region that require smaller time commitments. We’ll be rolling out a few committee opportunities and single-project roles designed to make it easier to participate in LMA in a way that fits your schedule. Keep an eye out for more information to follow.

I am incredibly grateful to our volunteer leaders for everything they do to make our region successful. We are fortunate to have leaders who continue to give their time year after year, providing invaluable institutional knowledge and wisdom. We are also welcoming some new faces to our regional and LSC leadership, and I value the fresh perspectives they will bring as we plan for the year ahead. I encourage you to connect with your local and regional leaders, whether you see them at events or want to share questions, ideas, or feedback. We want to hear from our members, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
