Join LMANext for a panel discussion with four business development and marketing associate all-stars. We'll discuss how marketing staff can build good relationships with associates, approaches to business development and marketing from associates' perspectives, and marketing strategies that have worked for our up-and-comers. Kalin advises banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions of all sizes throughout the western United States. He also assists our clients on federal and state banking matters, including regulatory compliance, operations, vendor contracts, corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Kalin is a frequent speaker and regular contributor to the firm’s blog, Bank Law Monitor.

Adam’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and leasing with considerable experience in the healthcare, office and retail sectors. He represents property owners, developers, lenders, investors, and tenants throughout the Pacific Northwest. He has also represented several real estate clients in litigation involving boundary lines, leasing, and commercial contracts. Adam is a member of the boards of directors for Seattle Counseling Services and Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group. He is also a member of the class of 2019 of Leadership Tomorrow.

Stacy helps real estate and hospitality industry clients negotiate business agreements, find solutions to complex problems, and bring transactions across the finish line. Passionate about the emerging technologies and trends in real estate, Stacy particularly enjoys partnering with clients whose projects live at the intersection of innovation and real property. Stacy is a member of the Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association of Seattle, Washington Women Lawyers, is a Cooperating Attorney with the ACLU and a committee member for NAIOP Night of the Stars.

Priya is an employment advisor and litigator. She advises and represents employers on the full employment cycle and focuses on providing each client with tailored solutions and strategies to address their unique business needs. Priya is an Emory Law Alumni Association board member and 2017 graduate of Ladder Down Seattle, a year-long business development and leadership training program.
