The LMA Midwest Region is excited to invite you to a special, intimate gathering during the 2026 LMA Annual Conference in New Orleans! Join fellow Midwest attendees for a uniquely local experience—an evening at the renowned New Orleans School of Cooking for a private Demonstration Cooking Class.

During this interactive demonstration, you’ll learn classic New Orleans dishes from expert local chefs, enjoy delicious food, and connect with your Midwest colleagues in a relaxed, flavorful setting.

Space for this event is limited and advance registration is required. Once capacity is reached, we will maintain a waitlist and will offer spots to those on the list if any openings become available.
