Tech West & Southwest Conference

October 27 - 29, 2025

The second annual Tech West by Southwest (TW x SW) Conference is coming to Denver! Hosted by the LMA Southwest and West Regions, this unique event unites legal marketing professionals from across the country to explore the evolving intersection of technology, business development, marketing, and communications in the legal industry. Building on the energy of our inaugural conference, TW x SW 2025 will deliver deeper insights, fresh strategies, and valuable connections—all designed to equip legal marketers with the tools they need to lead innovation and drive meaningful impact in their firms.

Agenda:

TW x SW will offer two pre-conference panels on Monday, October 27th. One will be geared towards CMOs and the other will be focused on LMA Next participants. All day Tuesday and through lunch on Wednesday, we will offer three educational tracks focused on:

• Business Development & Sales
• Marketing & Communications
• Technology to Support Growth and Revenue Generation

We are currently reviewing speaker submissions and are selecting presentations that align with conference goals. We expect to share a more detailed agenda soon. Stay tuned and check back for updates!
 

Pre-conference Programs: 

Two pre-conference sessions will be available on Monday afternoon from 1-5pm. One will be an LMA Next session, and one will be a CMO Session. Please note that only first-chair legal marketers from a law firm are invited to the CMO Session. Pre-conference sessions are free for all LMA members who have registered for the entire conference. If you are only interested in attending the pre-conference, the cost will be $100. If you are a non-member who wishes to attend the pre-conference, we will add $100 to your total registration cost.

Pre-Conference is included in member registration. Non-members can add for $100.

A block of rooms for conference attendees has been reserved at Westin Denver Downtown from Monday, October 27 to Wednesday, October 29. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly at 303-572-9100 and specify the LMA 2025 Tech West by Southwest Conference room rate. A limited number of rooms are available, and the rate cannot be guaranteed when our quantity runs out. Reservations must be made by Friday, October 3. 

Cancellations: 

Should you need to cancel your registration, an email must be sent to LMAWest@legalmarketing.org or LMASouthwest@legalmarketing.org requesting a refund. This email must be received by September 27 to receive a full refund. If notice is received after September 27, a refund of half the registration cost will be issued. No refunds will be available after October 20 due to our commitment to the hotel.
