Tim Hrastar of Tim W. Hrastar Associates will address what to do during an economic slowdown and how to keep the momentum going in marketing and business development.
Tim will discuss coaching lawyers to provide exceptional service and value and the six elements that clients look for in an advisor. He will outline methods for helping good lawyers become better lawyers by improving their business development , client relations, presentation and communication skills. Tim has over 40 years of experience in communications and professional service marketing. Since 1988 he has privately coached more than 1,600 professionals on their presentation skills and business development strategy. He holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Communications from the University of Dayton and is currently a member of the American Bar Association.
