Membership

How do I login?

Click "Login" in the top right of any page. If you're a member, past member or previously had an account on LegalMarketing.org select "Reset Password" to set a new password and access your existing profile. 

I didn't get the notification email regarding the new website and how do I access my profile?

Click "Login" in the top right of any page and select "Reset Password" to set a new password and access your existing profile.

My membership is part of a group membership and we have not yet renewed for 2021. How can I renew?

Contact your group admin to renew or contact us if you have any additional questions. 

How do I change my password?

Click "Login" in the top right of any page and select "Reset Password."

How do I pay an invoice / are my invoices from Socious available to pay?

If you previously had a 2021 membership invoice pending in our old system, login to your account by clicking "Login" in the top right. Your option to renew your membership will be available in your account. 

How do I renew?

If you previously had a 2021 membership invoice pending in our old system, login to your account by clicking "Login" in the top right. Your option to renew your membership will be available in your account. 

If you did not have a 2021 membership invoice pending in our old system, simply click here and follow the prompts to Join LMA.

Am I able to update my region myself or do I still have to email member support?

You may now update your regional affiliation via our new member command center, My.LegalMarketing.org. If this is your first time logging in to the new website, click "Login" in the top right from any page and select "Reset Password" to set a new password and access your existing profile. Once logged in, select "My LMA Profile" in the left-hand side navigation to edit your information.

My Profile

How do I update my profile information?

If this is your first time logging in to the new website, click "Login" in the top right from any page and select "Reset Password" to set a new password and access your existing profile. Once logged in, select "My LMA Profile" in the left-hand side navigation to edit your information. 

How do I update my photo?

If this is your first time logging in to the new website, click "Login" in the top right from any page and select "Reset Password" to set a new password and access your existing profile. Once logged in, select "My LMA Profile" in the left-hand side navigation to edit your photo. 

Why do I have to fill out new profile questions?

If this is your first time logging in to the new website you may be prompted to answer additional questions that are new in 2021 to support the diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives of the Legal Markeitng Association.

Where do I access My Learning?

All previously purchased education and learning can be accessed via My Learning. Future purchases will be found via your new My.LegalMarketing.org account.

When I am on a Body of Knowledge page, why do the listed educational offerings show different domain icons than what domain page I'm on?

Some education may fall under multiple domains, including the current Body of Knowledge domain page you are visiting. 

 

Communities, SIGs, Regions - New Connect.LegalMarketing.org

How do I access the communities?

Visit Connect.LegalMarketing.org to get started. 

How do I post in communities?

Do I still have access to the same communities?

Yes. Any communities you belonged to previously are accessible to you now. 

How do I manage my notifications?

Where do I find discussion threads?

Visit Connect.LegalMarketing.org to browse all communities and their corresponding discussion threads. 

Why does my profile appear as Hidden Member in the SIGs?

Your profile is appearing as Hidden Member because of the settings in your My.LegalMarketing.org profile. If you would like to have your full name appear, visit the Privacy tab of your profile, and check the box reading "Show my personal info (like name, title, etc.) in online directory.

 

Events

Did my Annual Conference registration transfer over?

If you are a member who previously registered for the 2021 LMA Annual Conference, your registration has not been changed or modified with the launch of the new suite of LMA websites.

How do I access the career center? Is my login the same?
