LMA Webinar Series - December 2007
What does it take to help associates commit to developing their own practices? We have all heard partners complain about associates and associates complain about partners when it comes to spending nonbillable time on practice development. We focus on the real-life tactics it takes to help associates make the commitment to their own careers and practices, including:
- Doing it their way – how a simple assessment of talents changes the conversation.
- Boomer Rainmaker mentors, Big Foot, and other rare sitings.
- Mentoring Up: How to provide value as an associate.
- Young Leadership Groups – the next generation makes rain in teams.
- Making the Commitment to the Firm: Don’t ask X-ers and Millennials to lead a Boomer life.
