Membership
Anyone involved in the promotion of law firms will benefit from membership including: members of law firm marketing departments, attorneys and/or executive directors who oversee the marketing and client development functions for their law firms, members of the media, consultants to law firms and vendors who support legal services marketing.
Members of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of LMA have diverse professional backgrounds and offer creative insights to legal services marketing. Members hold a variety of titles, from Chief Marketing Officers and Client Development Specialists to Webmasters and Marketing/Communications Coordinators. All are responsible for a broad range of activities, from strategic practice development, communications coaching, research and writing to media relations, graphic design and proposal support, to name a few.

Benefits of Becoming a Member
Dues help offset the costs of monthly educational programs, special member receptions, and on-going Web site maintenance. In addition to the annual dues, the Chapter charges a nominal fee for each month's program (approximately $45 members; $60 non-members) to help offset the costs of the speakers. If you RSVP for a program and do not cancel within 48 hours prior to the meeting date, the Chapter will invoice you for the missed program.
Monthly programs, announcements and reminders are publicized to members and prospects exclusively via e-mail. Therefore, it is very important to keep the LMA National membership liaison informed of any changes to your e-mail account.
