Conference Incentive Program - NEW

Program and Purpose: To follow our mandate to educate, elevate and inspire the Vancouver legal marketing community by offering a member the opportunity to attend the LMA International Conference (“the Incentive”). This program also serves as a reward and form of appreciation to our valued members.

Incentive Details: Registration to the 2013 LMA International Conference plus travel expenses up to a total of CDN $2,000. The recipient of the LMA International Conference Incentive (“Incentive Winner”) must pre-pay their registration fee and associated travel costs and submit their original receipts to LMA Vancouver for reimbursement within 2 months of the conference end date. All expenses beyond CDN $2,000 must be covered by the Incentive Winner or their employer.

Rules: Members will be entered into the Incentive draw for their participation in LMA Vancouver activities during the 2012 calendar year. Please see the table below for complete details.

The Incentive Winner will be selected by random draw at the 2012 Winter Social Event. The Incentive Winner does not need to be present to claim their prize.

The Incentive Winner must be a member of LMA Vancouver Chapter in good standing at the time of the draw. The Incentive is transferable under the discretion of the Incentive Winner.

Law firms and service provider companies with multiple LMA members are eligible for discounted individual memberships.  The Group Membership program provides multiple benefits (in addition to the individual membership benefits noted above) including: 

• Price reduction - the more members you have, the greater the discount.
• Ease of invoicing - one invoice to process, one check to cut.
• Flexible membership - Firms and companies that take advantage of the group rates can assign a departing employee's membership to another employee without paying an extra fee (Previously, a $75 transition fee applied).  The departing employee also continues his/her individual membership for the remainder of the calendar year.
