LMA-LA February 2011 Program: Creating a Sales Culture: Best Practices and Trends

Sales teams in law firms, those dedicated, non-attorney groups of new business generators, have evolved from forbidden, to frowned upon, to oddity, and are now just settling into successful existence at some top-tier firms. The Legal Marketing Association Los Angeles Chapter’s February program, “Creating a Sales Culture: Best Practices and Trends,” offered a few glimpses of law firm sales teams and cultures today.

Client Conversations: Better Communication for Better Business - May 24, 2012
