Our speaker, Ezra Crawford, is a Senior Director in the Practice Group Business Development & Management team at Crowell & Moring LLP. In that role, he co-leads a team of more than 25 business development professionals and works with individual lawyers and practice groups to develop and execute on business development strategies. He is also responsible for group level KPIs, reporting, and other business and financial management activities.
