You did your homework -- you obtained buy-in from your firm and you've successfully deployed your CRM. Congratulations! You can sit back and rest easy now, right? Not so fast. There's a reason so many implementations fail. In addition to lack of accountability, many CRM implementations lose momentum due to unfocused or ineffective strategy.

Led by CRM professionals from the law firm side and partner side (Martech and IT professionals + CRM provider), attendees will learn from those who have successfully implemented CRM and maintained momentum to use CRM to execute marketing and business development strategy and win new business for their firms.  In this interactive workshop, attendees will learn how to engage their users and ensure they continue to use CRM long after it's been deployed.

While firm culture plays a significant role in the adoption of new technology, there are a number of things marketers can do to maintain momentum. Of course, there are the standard recommendations: identify your champions, show value to your lawyers and communicate your successes. While none of these should be discounted, there is so much more that can be done.

Attendees will learn about concepts that lead to new business and ROI, like tracking and experience management. Through audience engagement and use of real-world scenarios, attendees will leave with a road map to drive these initiatives at their own firms, keeping their attorneys accountable for using the technology they've worked so hard to implement.
