Jennifer joined Westmoreland Coal Company in December 2008 as Associate General Counsel, was promoted to General Counsel and Secretary in February 2011 and elevated to Chief Administrative and Legal Officer in 2014. As Chief Administrative Officer and a member of the company’s executive team, Jennifer oversees the legal, human resource, information technology, risk management and government relations departments. Jennifer also serves as a director on the Board of Directors of the National Mining Association.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with her MBA with High Distinction, earned her JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Order of St. Ives, and received her BA degree from the University of Puget Sound. In her spare time, Jen loves to travel, play golf and travel to play golf, usually while enjoying some local craft beer or wine.

John Fischer has 35 years of legal, management and transactional experience at both major corporations and emerging growth companies in the United States and abroad. He has negotiated and closed acquisitions and related financings with a total value of more than $12 billion.

John currently serves as the General Counsel of Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage (NYSE: NGVC), a rapidly growing specialty retailer of natural and organic groceries and dietary supplements. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Ligado Networks, a company that is readying an advanced satellite-terrestrial network that will deliver highly secure and ultra-reliable 5G and Internet of Things connectivity to critical industries.

John holds a BA degree from Stanford University (Phi Beta Kappa) and JD and MBA degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Stephanie joined London-based Massive Interactive in October 2016 as the company's first General Counsel in its 20-year history, and services Massive's four global offices in London, New York, Sydney and Prague. Massive is a premier global technology and media company awarded for powering the world's top global OTT entertainment video services. Its clients include BBC, Sony Pictures Television, Lionsgate, AT&T, Bell Media and Deutsche Telekom, among others. Prior to her work with Massive, Stephanie was Senior Counsel to Barry Diller's New York City-based media conglomerate, IAC, which owns brands such as Vimeo, Tinder, Match.com and HomeAdvisor.com.

A Michigan native, Stephanie spent the past 15 years working in New York City before arriving in Denver in early 2017. She performed her undergraduate work at Georgetown University and Michigan State University, and received her law degree from the Wayne State University Law School in Detroit.

Foundry Group is a venture capital firm with more than $2.5 billion under management that invests in technology companies throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Foundry Group, Jason was a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and Reilly Pozner LLP. He began his career in private practice at Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz in New York.

Jason graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and served as Executive Articles Editor of The Columbia Law Review. After law school, he clerked for the Hon. David M. Ebel on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
