About Our Presenter

Ross received LMA’s first “Lifetime Achievement” award back in 1998, and was the first inductee into LMA’s Hall of Fame. A Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management, he is a 5-time winner of LMA’s “Best in Show” grand prize. Ross has presented on both marketing and ethics issues 300 times, and has written two popular books, “We’re Smart. We’re Old. And We’re the Best at Everything.” and “The Ultimate Law Firm Associate’s Marketing Checklist” which was recently translated into Chinese.

Walk-ins and those who register after September 17 will be charged the non-member rate of $60.00.

LMA Midwest Region reserves the right to cancel the registration of any registrant with an outstanding balance.
