The coronavirus pandemic upended our lives as we know it, and some law firms responded by consolidating or eliminating roles within their marketing, business development, and client service departments. Without knowing where the firm may end up financially, some legal marketing professionals were laid off or furloughed. After posting record profits, firms are now opening up their hiring back to pre-pandemic levels, but what does this look like in our new virtual environment?
As we enter into the one-year anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic, the needs and skill sets of legal marketing professionals continue to evolve and change. Please join leading legal recruiter Charlotte Croker for an update on the current state of the job market for law firm marketing, client service, and business development professionals. Charlotte will highlight topics such as how firms are looking at remote work, salary and hiring trends, and what kinds of skills are needed for law firms of the future.
