Marcie Dickson, CMO, Miles Mediation & Arbitration
Marcie Dickson oversees marketing and business development initiatives as Chief Marketing Officer at Miles Mediation & Arbitration. Her career in legal marketing and publishing includes extensive experience managing digital marketing, business development, media relations, and events. At Miles, her responsibilities include market research, external and internal communications, branding, conflict resolution coaching, and she oversees the firm’s national expansion efforts. Marcie is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and a frequent host of The Future of Resolution Podcast. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
Jennifer Simpson Carr, Director of Business Development, Furia Rubel Communications
Jennifer Simpson Carr leads relationship management with prospective, new and existing clients as the Director of Business Development at Furia Rubel Communications. She tracks market and emerging trends, supports the agency’s client value proposition, and assists the agency and clients with establishing competitive advantage, winning new business, and implementing strategies that impact long-term business objectives. Prior to joining Furia Rubel, Jennifer spent more than ten years leading business development and marketing communications strategies in-house at AmLaw 200 law firms in New York and mid-market law firms throughout the United States. Jennifer is the producer and a guest of the On Record PR podcast.
