Learning Lab - Business Development Mastermind Group
Would you benefit from having regular, direct access to business development peers to bounce ideas off of, learn from, and challenge you to improve your role? If so, the Business Development Learning Lab may be right for you! The Business Development Learning Lab connects groups of four to five legal business development professionals in a safe, peer-to-peer mentoring environment designed to promote knowledge sharing, skill-building, and personal development.
Learning Lab groups will meet virtually every month for 9 months and will be led by a group leader who will help organize group meetings and agendas and ensure the needs of the group’s members are met. As a part of your registration, you will provide some additional information to help place you with a group. If you are willing to be a group leader (organize the meetings and agendas) please note, it on your registration!

Registration is open until January 31st. Groups will be announced in February, and meetings will begin by March 15th. The last meeting will take place in November 2026.
Learning Lab FAQs
Q: When will the small groups meet?
A: Your Learning Lab Group Leader will schedule times that work for the group members.
Q: What if I have to miss a session?
A: You can miss up to two sessions and remain a group member. If you know in advance you will miss a meeting, your Group Leader can also try to reschedule the group meeting.
Q: Who will be in my group?
A: We will send a survey to learn more about your experience level and what topics you are interested in discussing with a group
Q: Do I qualify to be a group leader?
A: YES! We appreciate somebody in each group taking charge of scheduling and helping keep track of topics that the group wants to discuss. You can be brand new to legal marketing or have 25 years of experience. We need you to schedule the calls and keep the group running smoothly! We provide you with resources to help along the way!
