LMA New York LSC presents the 13th CMO Forum – Leading Change: Talent and the Future of Legal Marketing
Wednesday, May 20 | 4:15 - 7:30 p.m.
Law firm CMOs are navigating a period of fundamental change, marked by multi‑generational teams with shifting expectations, evolving internal and external client demands impacting the roles of legal marketing, and a growing tension between rapid technology deployment and persistent adoption challenges.
Join a candid, peer‑level discussion focused on what it really takes to lead and sustain change inside modern law firms. This year’s program explores how CMOs are evolving their teams, attracting and retaining high‑performance talent, working cross-functionally to drive institutional change, and ensuring new technology applications (from AI to CRM) actually gain traction.
Panelists will discuss the future of legal marketing and business development teams, what firms must invest in today to support tomorrow’s business model, and how to approach change management and adoption with intention.
