Evyan leads Jaffe’s RankingsForLawyers® program, guiding clients through the intricate landscape of individual, firm and practice area awards. With a deep understanding of the available opportunities, she collaborates with law firms to design and implement effective rankings strategies, overseeing the development of compelling nominations. These nominations are not only crafted to enhance rankings but are also versatile, often repurposed for integrated marketing, business development and public relations initiatives. Evyan excels at tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of firms, practice areas and individual professionals, with a special focus on elevating small and mid-sized law firms and those in niche practice areas, helping them compete and gain visibility beyond the traditional BigLaw sphere.

In addition to her rankings expertise, Evyan works closely with firms to develop strategic marketing plans that are both actionable and measurable. Her hands-on, personalized approach allows her to build meaningful relationships with clients, enabling her to create specific, achievable goals that align with their unique strengths and objectives.

Before joining Jaffe, Evyan spent most of her career working in-house at mid-sized law firms in New York, Chicago, and Atlanta, where she developed and executed strategic business development and marketing initiatives. Her extensive experience has taught her that no two firms, practice areas or professionals are alike. As a result, she focuses on identifying and leveraging each client’s distinct strengths to build integrated marketing strategies that establish thought leadership within the professional services industry.
