Stuart J T Dodds is a Principal and co-founder of 'Positive Pricing', a consultancy firm focused on providing pricing and legal project management strategy and implementation advice too the world's leading law firms.
Prior to this, Stuart was Baker McKenzie's Director of Global Pricing and Legal Project Management, where he was responsible for the development of Baker & McKenzie’s global pricing and legal project management strategy, providing targeted pricing, negotiation and project management support to partners and client facing colleagues across their 77 offices worldwide. Stuart had previously conducted a similar role at Linklaters, and worked as a Management Consultant for 17 years in a variety of strategy, supply chain and procurement-facing roles across many industry sectors.
Stuart is an accredited Certified Pricing Professional ,sits on a number of advisory bodies, and is a 'Fellow' of the College of Law Practice Management. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, and has been extensively quoted in pricing and project management journals.
He is the author of the first book covering law firm pricing, negotiation and legal project management, 'Smarter Pricing: Smarter Profit', published by the American Bar Association in May 2014, and the main contributor to/ editor of 'Pricing on the Front Line', also published by the American Bar Association in January 2017.
