Using Talent Analytics to Build Better Teams and Overcome the Barriers to Change and Innovation

Track: Professional Development

Session Number: 2157
Date: Thu, Jun 13th, 2019
Time: 3:45 PM - 5:15 PM

Description:

When it comes to driving change inside law, success has less to do with what we do and more to do with how we do it. Yet when it comes to building the right team, we typically focus on "What" skills vs. "How" skills -- in part, because we haven't clearly defined what those skills are and how to find them. Until now. Join us for an interactive session in which you will learn the essential elements of the Law Innovator DNA and how to use them to drive success. The program will draw on findings from a first-of-its kind study using talent analytics to identify how to overcome the barriers to law innovation that defined 11 Essential Elements of the Law Innovator's DNA. Interested participants will have the ability to take the assessment and receive a custom report of their Law Innovator DNA.
