We will examine CI through a four-paned window throughout the course:   (i) the client, (ii) the industry, (iii) the process and (iv) the product.  This course is not designed to be a comprehensive or technical discussion on what CI is or a review of the numerous methodologies, software and tools currently available for law firms. 
This is a course aimed at learning and discussion about helping attorneys and client teams get what they really need for the kind of results that demonstrate that law firms care about what their client’s care about and understand their business objectives.
