Your 2019 Business Development Plans are Set.
Now What?

April 17, 2019 | 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

Jim Jarrell, Senior Vice President Marketing and Business Development – Jaffe

With a new year comes new business goals for your law firm. Attorneys and practice groups have their plans on paper. But how do you, as a legal marketer, know if the plans will succeed? Jim Jarrell and Liz Bard Lindley from the legal PR and marketing firm Jaffe will share some wisdom and tips from the trenches designed to help you identify potential road blocks in business development plans and make tactical choices to keep them on track. Attendees will learn how to:

  • Measure progress toward goals, including what to measure and how.
  • Assess whether your business development plan includes the three critical components for success.
  • Integrate traditional marketing and public relations strategies into the plan.
  • Identify when and how to make a “course correction” to the plan.
  • Navigate the “course correction” conversation with attorneys.
