Jim Jarrell and Liz Bard Lindley from the legal PR and marketing firm Jaffe will share some wisdom and tips from the trenches designed to help you identify potential road blocks in business development plans and make tactical choices to keep them on track. Attendees will learn how to:

  • Measure progress toward goals, including what to measure and how.
  • Assess whether your business development plan includes the three critical components for success.
  • Integrate traditional marketing and public relations strategies into the plan.
  • Identify when and how to make a “course correction” to the plan.
  • Navigate the “course correction” conversation with attorneys.

Jim JarrellJim Jarrell, a graduate of George Washington University’s Law Firm Management Master’s Degree Program, is a Senior Vice President for Marketing and Business Development for Jaffe. He has enjoyed a career spanning more than two decades leading strategic marketing and business development programs for professional services firms. Stints in leadership roles at two AmLaw 100 firms and management roles at a handful of smaller regional firms and boutiques have helped shape Jim’s national reputation as a leader in the field.
