Your 2019 BD Goals Are Set. Now What?

Thursday, March 28 | 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM

With a new year comes new business goals for your law firm. Attorneys and practice groups have their plans on paper. But how do you, as a legal marketer, know if the plans will succeed? Join Jim Jarrell from the legal PR and marketing firm Jaffe on Thursday, March 28 to learn how to identify potential road blocks in business development plans and make tactical choices to keep the plans on track.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Measure progress toward goals;
  • Assess whether their plan conforms to the three components for success;
  • Integrate traditional marketing and public relation strategies into the plan;
  • Determine when it is appropriate to make a course correction; and
  • Navigate the “course correction” conversation with the attorneys involved.
