About Our Presenters
Judy Bodenhamer and Marc Rosen are co-founders of the Client Experience Institute, an advisory firm committed to inspiring professionals to think differently about the value of client relationships. Through workshops & programs, consulting and coaching services they engage critical thinking and learning that changes the mindset and actions of professionals. Judy’s business leadership experience spans more than 20 years, including half of her career at Fortune 50 organizations, where her last assignment was Area Vice President, leading a ~$200M division, with well over 100 employees. Marc spent a large portion of his career leading both domestic as well as international organizations including Molson Companies Limited, GEA Tuchenhagen and Watlow Industries.
