Businesses worldwide will be transformed over the next few years by enormous advances in machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI). Very large investments are being made by some of the world’s largest tech companies, including several in the legal space. Some corporations are already engaging AI solutions to meet at least part of their legal needs. Others will soon. In each case, your firm can be a passive bystander or part of the solution.
In this program, we will explore how the provision of legal services soon will bear little resemblance to the bill-by-the-hour profession of the last century. As the legal services evolve, so must your marketing. Our SpeakerPatrick Fuller is an accomplished executive with nearly 20 years of experience within the legal profession. Over his career, he’s had roles in business development, senior management, and consulting. He is a frequent author and lecturer who has logged more than 100 speaking and authorship credits within the legal profession over his career. He was most recently a contributing author to the book Strategic Intelligence for Law Firms, published in September 2016 by ARK Group, and will be a featured author in their 2017 book, Performance Measurement & KPIs. Patrick is a 2017 inductee as a Fellow in The College of Law Practice Management.
