About The Presenters

Jon MattsonJon Mattson taps into his more than 25 years of marketing and business development experience in professional services to help clients think “big picture” - strategically, efficiently, and cost-effectively. He is a self-described “recovering tax accountant” who discovered he preferred developing and selling the work to delivering it. With past roles under his belt at three of the Big Four accounting firms, a mid-size law firm and a large national law firm, Jon has a variety of experiences and perspectives to offer his clients.

Most recently, Jon served as the Director of Business Development for a nearly-1,000 attorney law firm where he developed and implemented client development processes and led a 25-person crew that touched 70 practice teams and resulted in the firm growing the highest revenue per lawyer of the AmLaw 100 in 2019.

Jill WeberJill Weber is Chief Business Development Officer for Quarles & Brady, LLP, directing legal marketing and business development strategy for the firm with a focus on great client relationships.
