Join your LMA Austin members for a roundtable discussion as we kickoff the new year. We will discuss successes/obstacles from 2019 and share our new ideas and goals for 2020.
Here are some questions to think about before our discussion event.
- What project are you most proud of from 2019? Would you change anything?
- Are there any projects you tried and would eliminate in the new year?
- What skills/best practices do you teach your attorneys for business development?
- Did you overcome any previous challenges in the last year? How so?
- What are your goals for 2020?
Chris Kirby and Dominica McGinnis of BridgeField Group will moderate the discussion.
