September 18, 2019 | 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Jeff Dennis | Director of Strategic Initiatives | Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter
Jeff will discuss six core pillars of the client experience, outlining what good (baseline) and great (transcendent) look like in execution. Those pillars include (1) relationship investment, (2) client feedback, (3) business intelligence, (4) communications, (5) billing and fees, and (6) client appreciation. In this interactive discussion which can be replicated for the lawyers, participants work together to take each of those pillars from good to great!
