July 17, 2019 | 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Elena Cutri | Director, Client Software Education Services | LexisNexis
Legal marketers face increasing pressure to promote the firm's brand and improve the client experience. Legal marketers need to lead internal process change to achieve these goals. Changing these processes requires the attorneys, staff and executive leadership to support the change. Without their buy in, your new initiative falls flat. When the transformation doesn’t happen, the perception is that you wasted valuable money and resources. It becomes more important than ever to proactively manage change when planning a new MarTech project.
In this session, we will:
- Identify the biggest reason why firm-wide projects fail
- Chart your marketing and BD team’s maturity
- Tackle the 4 highest barriers to change and how to remove them
