Harvard Law School Executive Education is coming to London! Join us for the two-day Sector Leadership Master Class on February 4-5, 2019. Dr. Heidi Gardner, author of Smart Collaboration: How Professionals and Their Firms Succeed by Breaking Down Silos will lead the program, delivering her research-based expertise on collaboration, driving sector strategy and improving client service. With sessions taught by HLS Executive Education Faculty Director Professor Scott Westfahl, the Master Class will cover: (1) Why firms should adopt a sector approach, (2) What a sector approach looks like, and (3) How a firm can go about implementing this organizational change.
Participants will also engage in sessions about resource management, motivating professionals, and performance metrics from a sector approach. A combination of case-based discussions and hands-on workshops will provide participants with the opportunity to develop implementable tools and strategies. Learn more about the program.

Who should attend: This Master Class is for CMOs, CxOs, sector leaders, and other senior firm leaders involved in the firm’s discussion around industry sectors.
