As a conference, P3 has continued to grow in both number and diversity of attendees over the last five years. Given the wide array of functions and roles represented in the P3 attendee community — spanning everything from pricing to project management, process improvement to business development, and client service to finance — conference leadership recognizes that there is a gender gap which continues to present challenges in promoting women within the profession. Thus, the Women's Initiative Network (P3WIN) was born. The Women's Initiative Network is meant to provide a platform to help discuss best practices and encourage information sharing as it relates to the current gender gap within the profession in an effort to better promote the roles of women within our evolving community.

Date: Tuesday, May 15
Time: 5:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
As with many growing organizations, we have realized there is a gap in promoting women in the P3 community. In response, we have created a networking platform for women to connect. Our goal is to help support each other in these roles as they are still very new and novel in most firms and companies. This event will allow attendees to network with other women in the legal industry in addition to providing opportunities to participate in our mentorship program.
