Nathan Jenks is a marketing and communications veteran with nearly 20 years of experience in agency and corporate environments. He has led integrated go-to-market, brand strategy, and reputation-building initiatives for numerous professional services and technology companies. Before entering consulting, he led marketing and communications for Navigant Consulting’s Disputes, Forensics & Legal Technology business segment, a $320 million global enterprise, and served as the head of brand and corporate communications for ZS Associates, a global sales and marketing consultancy. A fan of all things digital and analytics, Nathan is particularly experienced in brand positioning and messaging, content strategy, public relations, inbound marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and strategic partnerships. He has been a featured speaker at industry-leading events, including Content Marketing World and the Legal Marketing Association’s Marketing Technology conference. Nathan graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in integrated marketing communications.
Business Development Director, McKee, Voorhees & Sease, PLC
Rich Marsolais is a 35 plus year marketing professional with extensive marketing, management, and business development experience from a diverse number of industries including legal, professional services, automotive, sporting goods, banking, retail services and trade associations. He has lead and managed the marketing and business development execution and support for Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, a 100+ attorney law firm and Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, a 250+ attorney law firm based in Michigan.
Rich is active in the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) serving on a number of boards and committees including; past board member and president of the LMA Midwest Chapter, past board member and treasurer of the LMA Midwest Region, co-chair of the LMATech Conference Midwest, member of the 2019 LMA Annual Conference Advisory Committee and co-chair of the 2019 LMA Midwest Regional Conference. He is a long time member of Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit where he served as president and a member of the board of directors.
Rich earned his Bachelors of Industrial Administration in Marketing from General Motors Institute and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Wayne State University.

Cheryl is a marketing technologist with more than a decade of experience and specializes in providing services to the legal industry. She served on the 2017 Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Tech Midwest committee and currently serves on the 2020 LMA Strategies editorial board as well. In the past, Cheryl served as a volunteer on the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) Professional Services Group committee in addition to various Kansas City-based nonprofit group boards. Cheryl currently serves as President of The Freelance Exchange of Kansas City.

Christen joined the Davis Brown Law Firm in Des Moines, Iowa in 2015. Over the last five years, she has helped expand the marketing department’s role in the firm bringing a technical and data-informed approach to marketing and business development. Prior to joining the legal industry, she worked in higher education marketing for seven years. Outside of work, she is passionate about helping older adults learn and utilize technology tools.
Founder and CEO, Align Consulting Group
Jennifer Conley is currently looking for a new opportunity to lead marketing and business development strategies and manage a team in the professional services industry. In the interim, she is the Founder and CEO of Align Consulting Group. She has over 14 years of in-house professional services experience in the areas of business development, marketing, PR, and communications. Jennifer has a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in Professional Services from Saint Xavier University. She also has a certificate in Project Management.
Communications and Digital Services Specialist, Fredrikson & Byron
Katie is a specialist on the Communications and Digital Services team at the Minneapolis-based law firm Fredrikson & Byron. She supports the firm’s marketing and business development efforts through her work on content and email marketing, social media, website publishing, video production and editing, and visibility/awareness-building initiatives.
Katie has been an active member of LMA since 2015. Prior to joining Fredrikson and the legal marketing industry, she provided operational support to the negotiation team at a print media agency.

Clayton Dodds is the Business Development & Marketing Manager at Justia, Inc, and was previously Director of Marketing at Brewer Offord & Pedersen LLP, a boutique real estate law firm located in the heart of Silicon Valley. He served as the 2019 Chair of the LMA Bay Area local steering committee, and has been on the planning committees for the 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019 LMA Tech West Conferences. As the 2020 chair of the California Lawyers Association Law Practice Management & Technology (LPMT) section, Clayton is passionate about enabling attorneys and law firm professionals to better serve clients through effective technology use. He frequently writes and speaks about several legal technology topics, including cyber-security, APIs, project management, IT governance, data analytics, and marketing automation.
Marketing Technology Manager, Vedder Price
Royce has been responsible for developing, managing, and sourcing marketing technology for Vedder Price since 2017. He has leveraged his background in hospitality and experience from three AM Law 200 law firms over the past decade to oversee marketing data governance, train attorneys and staff, and launch new projects and software. Royce specializes in CRM software management, e-mail marketing, website functionality and development, data analytics and reporting, and works with multiple firm departments on branding initiatives and communications.

With an early career in sales, management, and marketing in corporate America, Nancy entered legal marketing as an in-house Director of Marketing for the law firm of Baker & Daniels, now known as Faegre Drinker.
She founded Myrland Marketing & Social Media in early 2002 to help lawyers understand how to grow their practices by making their marketing and business development efforts more relevant to their current and potential clients, and to help lead firms through their online social and digital strategy.
As an early and constant adopter of social and digital media, she frequently consults, trains, and speaks on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media, and is called upon to help lawyers with Zoom and digital presentations, blogging, podcasting, video marketing, and livestreaming.
As LinkedIn Coach For Lawyers, Nancy frequently conducts LinkedIn Profile and Presence training sessions, where she helps lawyers understand how to build a robust profile that will help others find them, and also how to use LinkedIn on an ongoing basis to establish and nurture relationships with those who are important to the growth of their practices.
