About Our Facilitators



Ramona Whitley is the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer at Allen Matkins. Working with firm leadership, Ramona is responsible for planning and directing the firm’s business development, marketing and public relations activities.



Sheenika Gandhi is the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Payne & Fears LLP, where she develops and implements the firm’s strategic marketing and business development objectives. She is an active California attorney, previously a digital marketing and technology specialist at an AmLaw 200 firm, and enjoys giving back to her community through several board positions for non-profit organizations.


Ann Albertson has worked in the legal marketing field for 15 years and is currently a business development manager at Jackson Lewis P.C. where she oversees all facets of business development for numerous practice groups and industry teams. She enjoys the strategic challenge that comes with the ever-changing trends in the legal industry.
