Chief Marketing Officer, Cox & Palmer
Terry Moore is the Chief Marketing Officer for Cox & Palmer, a full-service Atlantic Canadian law firm with offices in every major centre across the region. In this role, Terry is responsible for overall brand, communications, advertising, web & social media, market and client research, and regional business development initiatives.
Terry graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University in 1995. She started her career with RBC, and went on to work for Credit Union Atlantic in roles of increasing responsibility, leaving her position as Vice President, Marketing & Strategy at CUA, to join Cox & Palmer in 2012.
Terry has a broad range of board experience including participation as senior management on two corporate boards, and as a director of a charitable foundation (Nova Scotia Credit Union Charitable Foundation), professional associations (Marketing Association for Credit Unions and Legal Marketing Association) and not-for-profit organizations (Junior Achievement of Nova Scotia), including minor sport (Harbour City Lakers Ringette Association).
When she’s not working or hanging out in a cold rink to watch her daughters play ringette, Terry enjoys reading and golfing (and binge watching the latest on Netflix).

Lindsey Bombardier is the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Lenczner Slaght, Canada's leading litigation firm. Lindsey is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the firm's business development and marketing programs. Before joining Lenczner Slaght, Lindsey worked for nearly a decade at one of Canada's largest law firms, successfully advancing through a variety of marketing and business development roles. Lindsey is the co-creator and current Program Chair of LMANext, a program designed to advance the next generation of legal marketing professionals. Lindsey was the recipient of the 2017 LMA Rising Star Award.

Chandler is Senior Director, Business Development with Bennett Jones LLP. He leads the team responsible for industry team and key client support, pitches and proposals, client feedback processes, CRM and experience management. During his more than 15 years in legal marketing and business development, he has also been part of senior management teams focused on pricing, innovation and client solutions, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to his career in business development, Chandler practiced corporate-commercial and securities law at a national law firm and a large retailer. He has been a speaker at several Ontario law schools, Rotman School of Business, the Black Law Students’ Association of Canada, Pathways to Education, Junior Achievement, and the Halton Industry Education Council. He also mentors several young lawyers in the community.

He was a senior leader at Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm, and held various roles at Osler. Carmelo is an Associate Certified Coach and founder of Attune Coaching and Consulting. He is also a senior advisor at Ackert Inc. Carmelo helps leaders and teams enhance professional and interpersonal skills to realize holistic business success. He coaches on business development, client service and satisfaction, demand generation, profile building, proposal win strategy and go-to-market strategy. He also coaches on leadership development, team engagement and career fulfillment.

Bianca is a senior marketer with over 25 years of experience. She leads a team dedicated to managing the firm's brand, as well as all marketing and communications initiatives across all channels, and across the entire firm. This includes brand positioning and brand touch points, customer engagement, content amplification, media relations, advertising and PR, directories, awards and rankings, and marketing-related analytics. Before joining the firm, Bianca had her own marketing and business development consulting practice. In previous positions, she led the shopper marketing division of a large TV network and worked for numerous years in the advertising and marketing agency business, in Vice-President and Managing Director roles.
