=> Building relationships with partners and becoming their trusted advisor for matters related to pricing and profitability.
=> Providing support to partners with such tasks as preparing fee estimates, developing pricing alternatives, communicating value propositions, and advising on negotiation strategies.
=> Improving the pricing competencies of partners and other firm leaders through various educational offerings.
=> Supporting the firm's RFP responses and pitch efforts through the creation of competitive pricing options that also meet firm financial objectives.
=> Conducting client pricing reviews and collaborating with partners on ways to improve client pricing and profitability.
=> Mentoring staff to develop future leaders within the pricing function.
