The COVID-19 Pandemic has caused isolation, disruption of normal routines, and anxiety for the future. Through it all, we are expected to continue to function in our professional roles, now in the literal midst of family and home life stressors. It is no surprise that this is creating a strain on our well-being and mental health. In this session, we will explore ways to cultivate and maintain our resilience during this current crisis.
