The challenge of improving profitability at the client and matter level can aptly be described as a game of inches. As Al Pacino famously said in his locker room speech in Any Given Sunday, “The inches we need are everywhere around us.” This interactive session will explore the key drivers of profitability and what steps can be taken in order to gain some of those inches through the use of smarter pricing and LPM principles. The presenters will guide attendees through case studies, where seemingly small changes to the management of a matter have yielded significant improvements, and provide tangible takeaway suggestions for participants.
