Tracey Sherwood
Chief Client Service Officer

Tracey Sherwood brings a wide variety of experience and a rather unique perspective to the table at DFTech.  She is currently Chief Client Service Officer at Data Fusion Technologies, but joined DFTech from Eversheds Sutherland, where she led a multi-year project to implement all of DFTech’s Intellistat modules as part of a comprehensive BI initiative.  

 Tracey’s early career included real estate and finance companies, where she enjoyed a steady progression of increasing responsibility and a variety of roles.  In 2009, Tracey joined Sutherland Asbill & Brennan (now Eversheds Sutherland), and quickly assumed responsibility for implementing a comprehensive BI and reporting solution with Intellistat.  As Director of Financial Operations & Reporting, she developed education programs and coaching sessions to advise and train all audiences, from Partners to Business Development teams to Accounting.  Tracey was ultimately promoted to Director of Strategic Pricing, and implemented Intellistat’s Matter Planning & Pricing and Profitability modules.  These became key tools that would help Tracey coach the Partnership to better develop both pricing skills and practice management skills.

 Tracey has participated in several speaking engagements for the Legal Marketing Association on topics such as the collaboration between Pricing and Business Development teams, Practice Management and Law Firm Profitability, and for the Professional Pricing Society on topics surrounding Alternative Fee Arrangements and pricing of professional services.  She holds a B.S. from Ithaca College, a MBA from University of Rochester and Certified Pricing Professional certification from the Professional Pricing Society.  Tracey is currently based in Atlanta, GA.
