Chad Johnson currently serves as the Head of Legal Pricing for Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis headquartered in Nashville, TN and is responsible for designing and developing the legal pricing function with the firm. He works directly with attorneys and clients to create pricing structures and fee arrangements that are both equitable to the client and profitable to the firm. He sprearheads initiatives within the firm to drive process improvement from the perspectives of legal project management and strategic pricing. Chad partners with engagement teams, practice group leaders, and clients to help strengthen relationships and increase knowledge of engagement economics.
Prior to Waller, Chad spent years building and developing the legal pricing team at WilmerHale in Boston, MA and was a financial analyst and national instructor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cincinnati, OH and Boston, MA.
He is an accredited Certified Pricing Professional and Certified Legal Project Manager.
