Out of college at the University of Georgia, I worked for a global 2,000 payments company where I did consulting for banks and major credit unions on how to set up and manage their cardholder rewards programs. From there, I made the move into the legal industry taking a position as a financial analyst with Troutman Sanders. Since joining as an analyst I have been promoted 3 times in 4 years and am currently the youngest Sr. Manager employed at Troutman Sanders. My current responsibilities are split between acting as the central hiring manager for the finance team, managing a team of 5 analysts responsible for pricing and overseeing client and practice group financials, advising the Executive and Partner Compensation Committees regarding financial decision making, development and oversight of the firm's profitability metrics and reporting, firmwide attorney financial education and training, and to a lesser extent legal project management.
