Description:

Most P3 professionals are familiar with the biggest risk factor in any change initiative: the possibility of failed or incomplete adoption. Fortunately, the science of innovation diffusion provides strong, empirically validated guidance. In this session, Professor Henderson provides an overview of the key elements of diffusion theory and then applies them to several legal industry examples.  In each case, the theory provides insight into why innovation succeeded or failed.
