Session Number: 2175
Date: Thu, Jun 13th, 2019

Description:

Over the past 10 years, successful law firms have transformed themselves from traditional law professions to sophisticated legal service providers.  During the same period, Corporate Counsels have become ultra-sophisticated negotiators, purchasers and evaluators of all legal service offerings.

Combining the knowledge of our Expert Panel and big data litigation and corporate transactional datasets from 2008 – 2019, we will discuss the macro and microeconomic trends that made this happened and provide predictive value on their reoccurrence as well as pinpointing some new “think outside the bench” opportunities.
