Director of Legal Operations
Tracy McMahon is a technology leader with over 15 years of experience working to make legal teams more efficient. Tracy has extensive experience consulting and training on the effective use of technology within the legal community. Her experience spans all aspects of the legal community including Contract Management, Litigation Support, eDiscovery, Document Management and Document Review. She specializes in building alliances between teams with a focus on creating repeatable and efficient processes.
In her current role she and her team manage technology, process and reporting for DaVita’s growing legal group. Their work includes Contract Management and Contract Close Out, Matter Management, Document Management, Data Integrity, Process Improvement/Automation, Metrics and Reporting and Leadership Support. She also has responsibility for system implementations and directing the use of legal technology to streamline processes, improve performance and reduce costs.
