The College of Law Practice Management and CLOC (Corporate Legal Operations Consortium) have worked tirelessly to raise the bar on clients' expectations of legal operations. From new technologies to client demands of specific legal services delivery, to staffing options, to bringing more work in-house, to AI and knowledge management, and data analytics, law firms must get over their resistance and come to terms with changing legal operational demands.
