In this session, we will explore the sources of value for clients derived from different types of matters, and explore how firms can use those levers as a guide and reference point in setting pricing that aligns with these priorities. We will present theory as well as case studies to illustrate the principles discussed, all within the context of a theme relating mixology to the drivers can be applied to creating the perfect pricing and value recipe for all client tastes.  The presentation will incorporate the client-side perspective as well, to add insight and credibility to the drivers and concepts covered.
