Profitability, and the way in which it is calculated, is one metric that has been around within law firms for many years.  This session aims to take the conversation around profitability to the next level.  With the help of Ralph Allen, Mat Rosswood and Nicole Beck, we will be taking a deep-dive into how law firm leadership views profitability.  We’ll be discussing challenges related to incentivizing partner behavior, approaches that have been proven to ingrain a law firm culture focused on profitability, the evolution of profitability, what the future may hold, and everything in-between.
