This session examines several examples where law firms have used technology to make the overall service experience more beneficial for both the customer and the firm. As co-lead of the CLOC LPM initiative, Pratik Patel moderates a panel of law firms that have integrated tech into the client experience for “managing legal” (legal project management and pre-bill OCG compliance) and “performing legal” (M&A Contract Review, IP Patent Prosecution and Document Verification Services).
