Marty McFly took a journey back in time, but during this hackathon-style session, you will be challenged to step into the future. Our presenters will set the tone by discussing what clients value most, how some firms are delivering, and some of the key attributes to lasting relationships. Then they will share some of the ongoing obstacles facing the legal profession today. The remaining time in the session will be devoted to group work. Attendees will be divided into team that will focus on a specific issue and tasked with working out a proposed solution. Your initial proposal will be due the following day. Your attendance is required in the session, "Hack to the Future: Define It, Deliver It (Part 2), when a panel of judges will select the proposal that has the most potential. The winning team will have an article written about their proposed solution and published in an industry publication.
